Low Carb Green Smoothie

We often get requests for smoothie recipes. Most smoothies are packed with carbohydrates and can really boost your blood sugar. Try this green smoothie as an alternative. Not only is this smoothie low-carb, but it is also packed with protein and fiber.


ingredients
1 ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 ice cubes
2 cups spinach
½ of an avocado
1 tablespoon roasted flax seeds *they must be roasted for this recipe
4-5 drop of vanilla stevia


preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy right away.
